John, accountant sustained a sinal cord injury 1 yr ago in a car accident. His legs are paralyzed, he has a lack of sensation in his lower extremities, and he uses a manual wheelchair to get around. He has not been employed since his injury. Using terminology from the international classification of Function (ICF), John's difficulty dressing his lower limbs would be an activity limitation.
