A heavy and a light person stand on opposite sides of a seesaw so that the seesaw is horizontal and in balance. The seesaw consists of a plank which can rotate freely around a pivot shaft. Both persons move at the same time 25 cm towards the pivot shaft. What happens?

(a) The seesaw will remain in balance;

(b) The end of the heavier person will go down;

(c) The end of the lighter person will go down;

(d) It is not possible to determine which of the ends goes down without knowledge about the relative mass of the plank.
