About treasurer :

  • treasurer is an officer , who is in charge of receipt , care and disbursement of money.
  • He has a watchdog role related with financial management,working closely with others in that committee to safeguard firm's finances.
  • treasurer is responsible for general financial matters , funding, fund raising,sales , budgeting, finance reporting , banking, book keeping , controlling fixed assets in firm..etc.

About chief lending officer :

  • he is the leading and directing person of a corporation ' s total loan portfolio.
  • he will establishes procedures and terms related with lending activities for providing long term portfolio growth
  • responsible for managing a team of loan officers in the financial institution,maintains portfolio of loan ,completes necessary documents of loans.
