Draft bills can be stated as the government bills which are published or issued by the government first of all in the form of a draft that can facilitate the government and other bodies to look into the content of the bill in detail, discuss the various clauses and provisions under a lot of inspection and scrutiny. The main reason for this is to facilitate the comprehensive examination of the proposed bill by the different committee or by the joint committee which can look it in details. This is done so that the various provisions of the bill can be discussed if there are any limitations or flaws , these can be rectified, the concerns of the public, member of the house and other authorities can be addressed before making it a law.
