Equilibrium Unemployment Rate= (Percentage of individuals who lose jobs)/( percentage of individuals who lose jobs+ percentage of individuals who find work)

Equilibrium unemployment rate= 0.05/(0.05+0.11)= 0.3125 or 31.25%

Equilibrium unemployment rate= 31.25%.
