The given cartoon reflects the women's rights convention, Seneca Falls, New York (May 1848)

It can be seen in cartoon that a woman is speaking and the males in the balcony are attempting/ trying to disturb and disrupt the woman speaker.

The author is  for women's rights as he/ she is showing the real scene and the courage of women in the cartoon which laid the foundation of the Women’s Suffrage Movement.

The cartoon is a primary source as it reflects the exact time and chronology of the allied incidents.
