The characteristics of working-age adults are as follows.

Working-age adults are the most effective and efficient human resource capital in the economy. These are considered to be the most hardworking human resource, as this age group of the working adults are fully mature and energetic for completing the given responsibilities.

Working age adults belongs to the 90% productivity in the economy. They work as employees and work with their mental ability and the workers working in the factories work with their physical abilities, transportation workers, advertising managers, etc.

Working age adults provides the efficiency and effectiveness in the economy by giving their efforts as per the standards initiated in the pre-determined plan.

Working age adults also fulfil all the qualifications required for the working.

Working-age advance is very essential for the development of any organisation and the overall growth of the economy.

The characteristics of living in poverty are as follows:

People living in poverty are not able to fulfil their necessities.

They totally depend on the government expenditure.

They are not able to increase their productivity and not able to find the relevant job.

The characteristics of working part time are as follows:

Part time worker are also very important workers category in the economy.

They are very economical and therefore many organisations prefer part time workers.

Because of the flexibility of working hours the part time workers are very productive.

Sometimes the efficiency of the part-time workers is more than the full-time workers because the part-time workers are working for sometime and definitely their efficiency is much more higher than the regular ones.
