IPOs stands for Initial Public Offering. Which means the first time offering of a company's stock  in a public Stock Exchange. The Global pandemic covid-19 is the main reason for the decline in the number of IPOs in United States in 2020. The dominant part of IPS were made by help sector industrial sector and technological sector. But due to this global pandemic all the sectors got affected. There is a tremendous decrease in the volume of IPOs done in this year compared to last year. Decline of it was at its peak in March and may because of the lockdown announced in most of the market. From June there is a slight increase in IPOs. Starting of the year 2020 was very optimistic and from February it started to decline.
