Answer #1

dumping is a serious concern in international law.dumping means when a country sells cheaper goods in foreign countries and then it continue to supply the demanded goods at the minimum possible price.

PROBLEMS ARISING DUE TO IGNORING THE CONCEPT OF DUMPING.

  1. the importer country won't be able to make the best utilization of its own national resource.
  2. the company would remain dependent for the goods on the foreign countries
  3. the human/manpower would get wasted in the importer country.
  4. it would create long term inefficiency and adverse impact on the importer country.
  5. the exporter country can dominate and influence the decisions of the importer country.

to manage and settle the problem of dumping of the economy the importing country/government and designated bodies can levy heavy taxes so the product price would be neutral and government can get a source of revenue and the natural resources of nation would be able to get utilized with full capacity.
