Net impedance of the circuit is

Z= \sqrt{R^2 + \left ( \omega L-\frac{1}{\omega C} \right )^2}

w = 250rad/S

L = 4mH

C = 6 \mu F

R =200 \Omega

So,

Z= \sqrt{200^2 + \left ( (250) (4\times 10^{-3})-\frac{1}{(250)(6\times 10^{-6})} \right )^2}

Z = 695.063 \Omega

Net current is

I = \frac{V}{Z}

I = \frac{30}{695.063}

I = 0.043 A

Now voltages

V_R = I R

V_R = (0.043)(200)

V_R = 8.6 V

V_C =I X_L

V_C =I \omega L

V_C =(0.043)(250) (4 \times 10^{-3})

V_C =0.043

cos(\phi) = \frac{200}{695.063}
