Program Logic:

• Inorder to write the psudocode, first we must understand the logic of compareandcount().
• Compareandcount() counts the number of elements in one array that are greater than the second array.
• It does so, by maintaining a count variable.
• The value of count variable is initially zero.
• Then the function loops through the array, compares its currents elements with its counterpart in second array. If the element is larger than the second one, then count variable is incremented.
