Alternate hypothesis Ha : p not equal to 0.

Test statistics t = [r*√{N-2}]/[√{1 - r^2}

Here r = 0.52

N = 28.

After substitution,

Test statistics t = 3.104

Degrees of freedom is = n-1 = 27.

For 27 dof and 3.104 test statistics,

P-value from t distribution is = 0.0044

Since 0.0044 is less than both 0.01 and 0.05.
