It is true that there exists two school of thoughts about what is the main factor regarding what kind of person we would become: is it through the cultural and the society we live around that is the Nurturing we get or is it about the genetics that we have and the genes that runs in our family that is the Nature.
Talking about my perspective, I believe that Nurture is more important than Nature in determining the values and what the person would be like. We have seen so many examples where the children of poor people have turned out to be best presidents, businessman and the owners of big company. One can take the example of Bill Gates, Sundar Pichai or Barack Obama where these leaders weren't having very influential parents or families to support them. Thus their genes were as common as what we have. But the society and the culture around them impacted them to what they are now. They learned from the society, determined to make a difference and eventually are hard working towards the achievement of their goals. These successive factors with the values put onto them made them what they are now, instead of genes deciding what they could have been. The nurture and the factors of society made them embrace their values, customs and ethics so that they could recognise what truly they are worth of. And hence, they all proved to make a difference where genes doesn't matter if you are capable of doing and achieving something.
