Answer #1

Answer :

Correct answer is option c = total assets remain the same.

Explanation :

When amount of march month sales will be collected from customer in month of June ,

Cash will be increased with the amount collected, on assets side of accounting equation.

And accounts receivables will be decreased with the same amount, on the assets side of accounting equation.

As both the increase and decrease of same amount will happen on the assets side of accounting equation.

Total assets will remain the same. And liabilities will not get affected .

Thus option c is the correct answer .
