>Audit committee , management ,Internal auditor are the people with in the entity and are responsible for day to activities and preparing the accounts and financial statements . They will involve in preparation and overseeing of financial statements.

>Firm creditors are outside the business of entity they are just the liabilities for the firm and they have nothing to do anything with firms financial reports preparation . Therefore they will not involve in preparation and overseeing the financial statements .
