· Payment process- Cash payout and cash payment
· Purchase process - Payment and purchase
· Inward Logistics process- Logistics operation and shipment
The arrows represent the follow of the transactions from process to another process. $ Sign indicates the outflow of cash. The arrows without dollars indicate how things flow from one process to another process
For example: (the lines with $ sign)
· Cash payout for purchase of material
· Cash payment for shipments arrived inward
For example: (the lines without $ sign)
· Raw material purchased arrives with inward logistics operation
· Labours are used in inward logistics operation for material handling
· The material delivered is issued to production
