Cost of goods sold -1250000
Operating expense -800000
Operating income 450000
Income tax 112500
Income from continuing operation 337500
Loss on discontinued operation (11000*75%) -8250
Net income 329250

Ending retained earnings = 840000+329250 = 1169250
