Ordinary Income is the type of income that is earned by the individual or corporation in the day to day operations or regular course of business. Some examples of Ordinary Income include Wages, Salaries, Sales Revenue, Interest income, bonus, etc.

The Ordinary Income earned is generally taxed at Ordinary tax rates .
