b):- Because beginning allowance account having debit balance and estimated allowance amount always has credit balance to reduced Account receivable balance that have debit balance .therefore

Bad debt expenses = difference of account of doubtful allowance = $27670(Credit) - $12900(Debit) =$14770

c):- Bad debt expenses = 3/4 of 1% of Sales = 3/4 X 1℅ X $26,510,000 = $198825

d):- Because beginning allowance having credit balance and estimated allowance amount always have credit too. Therefore

Bad debts expenses= $5700(Credit) +47300(Credit)=$53000.
