(d) Income maximisation

Since private companies are privately owned by individuals whose objectivsis to earn income from companies.

However Public entities are those which are owned by partially or totally government whose objective is social welfare.

Let's take an example police department is always on loss,but their objective is not profit maximisation.That's why they don't focus on income maximisation.
