Total revenue per part 1 = $1,140,000

Sales check per customer = $9.5

Therefore no. of customer = 1,140,000/9.5

= 120,000

Requiment 3.

Revenue (A) = 130,000 x 9.5 = 1,235,000

Variable cost (B) = 130,000 × 3.8 = 494,000

Contribution (A-B =C) = 741,000

Fixed expense (D) = 456,000

Profit before tax (C-D = E)= 285,000

Tax @30% = 85,500

Profit after tax = $199,500
