Total Income = 4000+$1800+$2000\\ &=$7800

The total income of Tina is less than $9700 which is minimum taxable income. Thus, Tina's taxable income for 2020 is $0.

Q.4

Income Tax (Single)=(19,400\times 0.1)+(41,600\times 0.12)\\ =1940+4992\\ =6932

Total Income (Jointly)=$61,000+$9,000\\ =$70,000

Income Tax=(19,400\times 0.1)+(50,600\times 0.12)\\ =1940+6072\\ =8012
