Answer #1

The communicator has the responsibility towards the audience, staff, and employer. The audience has certain expectations from the communicator when the communicator speaks or writes in a business environment. the communicator is bound to fulfill those expectations but there is a major expectation that is constant that is being prepared and being ethical.

Be prepared means the communicator has to be prepared before the presentation that what the fact and figures he or she is going to deliver and he or she should gather the information and organize all the communication so that all communication looks beautiful and attractive. The grammatical mistakes, errors should be avoided and if the oral presentation is there then the communicator should revise various times before the actual presentation.

The communicator should also be ethical and whatever he or she is going to present should be true without any wrong information knowingly or unknowingly. The communicator should be double sure about the same.

There are other responsibilities as well for example the communicator should be clear, limited, etc.

If we talk about the responsibilities of the audience then yes the audience has also the responsibility toward the communicator. The first major responsibility of the audience is paying attention. The courtesy has to be given by the audience to the communicator for being polite and they should concentrate and pay attention as much as they can.

When the presenter asks questions then the audience should be very volunteering in answering those questions. Getting engaged with the conversation is very good for the overall communication process. This way the audience and the presenter both can share their opinion and the presentation will be more meaningful. The other responsibility which the audience has is asking questions on our doubts when the presenter. Through this, the audience will remain engaged with the conversation and the oral presentation would be very interesting.

The audience has another responsibility of maintaining the eye contract and leave all certain acts which district the attention of the presenter.

So we can say both the party has an equal responsibility to each other for a meaningful conversation.
