STORAGE:- the data collected by the technical team of Amazon is stored in the computers of files so that it can be appropriately processed and converted into meaningful information rather than leaving it behind as raw data. When they store the data in the files are computers, the managers and the technical staff accept the data and process it to convert it into meaningful information.
PROCESSING:- after when the technical team of the developmental squad of Amazon has collected the data and stored into the computer files as hard copy and soft copy the data is then processed into the meaning full information so that it can get used later on in the future to make the desired and practically possible decisions.
PRODUCING THE OUTPUT:- but the technical team produces the output when the data gets completely processed into meaningful information. The process data is now known as the essential information and is used by the company to make the practically possible and desired results for decisions.
