As 1 kg = 2.205 pounds

1 meter = 3.28 feets

So 1 kg/m-sec = 0.672 lb/ft-sec

Hence 0.24kg/m-sec becomes 0.161 lb/ft-sec

So Dynamic Viscosity is 0.161 lb/ft-sec. Ans.
