4 a) Ionization energy of hydrogen like atom of atomic number (Z)=13.6×Z2 ev

For Si13+ which has atomic number Z=14

Ionisation energy=(13.6)×(14)2

=2665.6ev=2.665keV

B) Atomic term symbol for copper is 2S1/2
