2NaOH + CaCO_3 \rightarrow Na_2CO_3 + Ca(OH)_2
Note: In calcium hydroxide, calcium ions have +2 charge and each hydroxide ion has -1 charge. Hence, the formula of calcium hydroxide will be Ca(OH)2.
Also in sodium carbonate, each sodium ion has +1 charge and carbonate ion has -2 charge. Hence, the formula of sodium carbonate will be Na2CO3
