Consider you are building a ramp to move boxes which contain your heavy products. The 1870-N boxes will move with velocity of 1.8 m/s at the top of a ramp which slopes downward at 22.0∘The ramp applies a 515-N kinetic friction force on each box, assume that the maximum static friction force is also this value. Each box would compress a spring at the bottom of the ramp and will stop after traveling 5.0 m along the ramp. When stopped, a box can not move back at all.

Part A - Find the maximum spring force constant (k) that obey the buiding criteria.

    1. Two boxes are stacked on a frictionless table. M. = 4kg and M, 5kg. The coefficient of friction between the boxes is such that when a 27 N force F is applied to the lower box, the boxes start to slip relative to each other. The system is then restored to rest and force F is removed. A horizontal force F is now applied to the upper box. What is this force's maximum value in order for the two...
