0.1 M sulfuric acid = high

0.1 M barium hydroxide = high

Mixture = lower than pure substances

a)

molecular : H2SO4 + Ba(OH)2 --> BaSO4(s) + 2H2O

b)

ionic : 2H+ + SO4^2- + Ba2+ + 2OH- --> BaSO4(s) + 2H2O

c)

net-ionic : 2H+ + SO4^2- + Ba2+ + 2OH- --> BaSO4(s) + 2H2O

d)

Both H2SO4 and Ba(OH)2 are strong electrolytes, dissociates completely to form ions which conduct electricity. Whereas, product after mixing is BaSO4(s) which has lower conductivity as low ions in solution.
