Total capacitive reactance=X​​​​​​c = 1/(2πfCeqv )

I had solved below, I got X​​​​​​c = 470.87k ohm by taking f=5kHz.

But in options no such answer is given ,when you take f=5Hz,then option (b) will come .

I had solved for f=5kHz as given in question.
