This is with reference to the Board meeting held on _____ and to communicate a very important decision of the Board of directors. The Board of directors of ADC has decided to appoint a new CEO of the company. It was unanimously decided to appoint Mr. Careful as the new CEO of the company.
ADC is very well known for its commitment to excellence and transparency. Accordingly the Board examined other candidates from the industry for this prestigious post and shortlisted 2 out of 5 candidates. After several rounds of discussions with the two candidates, the board finalised Mr. Careful for this post.
The role of CEO requires certain critical skill sets in which the candidate has rich experience and knowledge of all domains of a business. Also the critical skill of customer service and operational excellence. We could find Mr. Careful having 20 long years of experience in different domains not only is well aware of the operations, but also is confident of upscaling the organisation to a new level.
