Answer to question 1,
A skeletal structure of a chemical compound is the connected series of lines of atoms bonded in that compound. It gives us details about bonding arrangement of atoms, their charge , presence of branching and position of functional groups present. But non bonding electrons present in atoms are not shown. And only bonds between C atoms and bonds between C atom and hetero atoms is drawn. C-H bonds are not shown.
A Lewis structure of a chemical compound is the representation of all bonds between atoms present in molecule and non bonding electrons as set of electrons (assuming each dot as one electron). It clearly shows the bonds (bond pairs of electrons) present and lone pair electrons present in each atom.
An example of both structures is given below,
But each bond pair can be represented as a bond.
Hence the answer is ,
A skeletal structure shows - only the bonds between carbon atoms and the bonds between carbon and hetero atoms.
A Lewis structure shows - all atoms, bonds and non bonding electrons.
Answer to question 2,
A condensed structural formula for an organic molecule is a long chain type representation of molecule with all atoms. It contains bonds between C atoms and bonds between C and hetero atoms. But it do not show C-H bonds and non bonding electrons of atoms in that molecule.
Hence the answer is C
Another example for condensed structural formula is given below,

An incomplete Lewis structure is shown below. The structure only shows the atoms and how they are connected. The molecule has a net charge of zero Complete the Lewis structure giving all atoms full octets. If there is more than one way to do this, draw resonance structures showing all possibilities. If not, just draw one Lewis structure. Be sure to write in any non-zero formal charges.

1. Draw the Lewis structure of water showing all valence electrons with lines for covalent bonds and dots for unshared electrons. Add a box around each hydrogen- bonding donor site and add a circle around any hydrogen- bonding acceptor sites in your structure. (Hint: there are two of each. The equal number of donors and acceptors is why water hydrogen-bonds so well with other waters.) Draw the Lewis structure of hydrofluoric acid, HF, showing all valence electrons with lines for...
