Part a i.e. doing survey along 100m of railway line and finding groups without motor car will br easy as the cases will be limited in this study so we will have accurate data and quickly as well

And on the other hand if we go by option b then it will be lengthy as well as inaccurate as we will not be able to do check of all person without motor car but we can check all person in range of 100m of railway line
