3 . A. Reaction of acid chloride with amine is exothermic and releases HCl. To trap the liberated HCl , aqueous NaOH of amine is added. Here amine is a nucleophilie

B. Amine is good nucleophilie than hydroxide since oxygen has more Electronegativity.

4. It is due to carbonyl group of acid chloride.
