The set of quantum no is written as (n,l,m,s).

Every valid/possible set must folow the following rules:

1) n \geq 1

2) 0 \leqslant   l < n

3) -l \leqslant m \leqslant +l

4) s = 1/2 or -1/2

When we follow these rules we see that the only possible options are 2 and 4.
