Absorbance 0.35 0.3 0.0252x +0.1265 R2 0.9882 0.25 O 0.2 0.15 i I 0.1 0.05 added Mn

Calibration curve : A = 0.0252C + 0.1265

in sample A = 0.123 => C = (0.123-0.1265)/0.0252 => C turns out to be negative => value of absorbance has wrongly taken, please take value of absorbance again and put in the equation , you will get amount of Mn in ppm in sample
