Question

I have seen this questin posted on this website many times, but they are getting the second part (the angle measurement section) wrong.

For part B, these are the incorrect angles i've gathered through my math and some searching: 61.7, 73.3, 16.7, 61.8.

I think it's the East of North part that I interpret wrongly, so if that term could be explained along with the correct answer (EDIT: if you managed to get 28.3 degrees, the correct answer), I would really appreciate the lesson.
