  2. Products or services
  3. Market
  4. Technology
  5. Survival, growth and profitability
  6. Philosophy
  7. Self Concept
  8. Concern for public image
  9. Concern for employees

In my opinion the given mission statement addresses following components:

  1. Customers
  2. Product
  3. Philosophy
  4. Employees ( and not concern for employees )

We can therefore say that the statement only addresses customers. Products and services and philosophy and does not address other elements of the mission statement
