No evidence of higher mortality rate .

i.e. The null hypothesis is NOT rejected at 0.05 level.

So , p value is greater than 0.05.

So, p value is greater than 0.01 also.

But we do not tell anything at 0.10 level.

So answer is

D . At \alpha = 0.10 , they would reach the same decision only if P value is greater than 0.10.We know the p value is greater than 0.05 , so we cant say . but we know that it must be greater than 0.0 , so at \alpha = 0.01 , they would also see insufficient evidence to reject the null hypothesis .

Option D is correct.
