when hydrogen is bonded to a highly electronegative atom like fluorine , nitrogen or oxygen then it forms a weak bond with the neighbouring atom known as hydrogen bond.

For hydrogen bonding to occur , hydrogen atom must be bonded to oxygen , flourine or oxygen atom.

In the molecule D. Hydrogen atoms is bonded to nitrogen , hence it can participate in hydrogen bonding.
