(Answer) It is entirely unfair to threaten to fire an individual from a job if they did not release a particular statement. Such an administrative sanction becomes unethically attained and would require a serious investigation of the sanction and the project or matter that the sanction entailed. It is hence unfair for management to still be able to use such a statement.
