c) Right-justify textual data, and use a short-line length.

Meaningful labels need to be there with all columns and rows. Highlighter can be used to differentiate between labels and information. There must be a gap (two spaced) between columns and overly fancy fonts need to be avoided. It is important to use left-justify textual data and use 30-40 characteristics short line length.
