1.

k = 4.
So, 1-1/4^2
= 0.9375 or 93.75%
At least 93.75% of all numbers must be within 4 standard deviations from the mean.

2.

80 and 100 are 5 deviations of either side of mean.
So, that is at least 1-1/k^2 or 1- (1/5^2) * 100% = 96%

The percent of numbers between 80 and 100 is at least 96%
