Answer #1

when switch is closed the charged capacitor will start to discharge through the inductor and lamp.during this time the lamp will start to glow also this time the current flow through the inductor will causes convert electric field energy of capacitor to the magnetic field energy store in the inductor . some of the energy will lost in lamp via glowing light. complete discharging of capacitor the inductor will start to discharge from maximum .current direction will be opposite at this time .there by the  total energy of system decreases with time due to energy loss in lamp so lamp will also decreses its brightness and eventually total energy become zero lamp become die.
