HIP BONE:
1.Iliac fossa : Iliac fossa is the large concave area on the inner surface of the ilium, situated infront of its medial border. It forms the lateral border of false pelvis.
2.It is a part of false pelvis.
3.Ischium: It is the posteroinferior part of the hip bone and adjoining two fifths of acetabulum. It has a body and ramus.
4. Male skeleton: Subpubic angle is narrower 50°-60° in males and wider, 80°-85° in females.
Pubic arch is narrow in males and wide in females.
Obturator foramen is oval in males and triangular in females.
CLAVICLE :
1.Clavicle: It is also called collar bone.It is the only horizontal long bone which has two primary centres of Ossification.
2. Clavicle articulates with acromion process of Scapula on the lateral end.
The medial end of clavicle articulates with Manubrium sterni to form sternoclavicular joint.
3.Conoid tubercle: Roughened cone like impression situated posteroinferior side of clavicle towards acromial end. The conoid ligament attaches here.
