High-frequency response is limited by the internal capacitances of a transistor.
True
False
I know internal capacitance is responsible for high frequency. But it says limited by, maybe I am reading to much into it, because I know parasitic/stray capacitance also play a role.
Please explain your answer so i will understand it better. Any help will be greatly appreciated. My reference material is from Electronic Devices by Floyd 10th Edition Textbook Chapter 10.
Thank you.
