This is basically an OXIDATION reaction. Use potassium permanganate to convert alkene bond to a diol first, Then use NaIO₄   to give dialdehyde( here double bond is cleaved).

d)Basically the idea is to use a reducing agent like LIQUID AMMONIA WITH NICKEL CATALYST so that aldehyde groups in the given structure can be converted amino groups.
