Answer #1

a) Reducing agent -- liquid ammonia.

b)METHYL IODIDE(CH3I) + SILVER OXIDE(Ag2O)/WATER . METHY IODIDE IS CAN BE USED TO FIRST CONVERT AMINES TO QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALTS WHICH WHEN BOILED WITH Ag0 WITH GIVES ALKENS. (THIS IS AN ELIMINATION REACTION OF AMINO GROUP.SILVER IODIDE IS PRECIPITATED)

c) KMnO4 + NaIO4

This is basically an OXIDATION reaction. Use potassium permanganate to convert alkene bond to a diol first, Then use NaIO4   to give dialdehyde( here double bond is cleaved).

d)Basically the idea is to use a reducing agent like LIQUID AMMONIA WITH NICKEL CATALYST so that aldehyde groups in the given structure can be converted amino groups.
