Your job is to complete the sales invoice process by using a form in order to generate the sales invoice that you will modify from your assignment #3. You will make a copy of your assn3.html file called assn4.html, but add a form instead of prompting the user for items.

In this case, you store sells toys and you only will sell the following products:

Teddy Bear (unit price: $25.00)

Scooter (unit price: $47.00)

Frisby (unit price: $15.50)

Therefore, you need to first create a form in your HTML document (use id's for your form elements), and then replace your JavaScript code to prompt the user for sales data, with JavaScript code manipulating the form elements via DOM. Modify your JavaScript to then generate the sales invoice that same way you did in assignment3 (i.e. magnify when mouse is over the sales detail or totals section).
