Solution 1: History is an important project management influencer because it is the logbook of the consequences of all the project management strategies that have been used in the past. In this way it allows the managers to decide which strategy to put in place while managing a project in order to ensure the maximum profit. If the manager knows the history then he/she can lead the project in an efficient way due to the above reason.

Solution 2: In a matrix organizational structure an employee reports to more than one leader or supervisor. Due to this, the flow of the command may get affected in an organization which in turn for obvious reasons leads to the decline of the leading influence in an organization. An individual is bound to follow so many leaders which actually affects his/her ability to act.

Solution 3: The Agile methodology includes an iterative development process that also involved continuous feedback from the stakeholders that actually helps in reducing the risks and complexities associated with the project. This leads to less development time and more team effort which in turn leads to low-cost software solutions.

Solution 4: Agile is an iterative development process that too requires continuous engagements not only from the developers side but also from the stakeholders' side, sometimes organizations find it difficult to synchronize well these two. One of the reason can be the fact that the waterfall is easy to implement as compared to the Agil methodology due to which the organizations are reluctant to switch to the Agile.
