a) Junction rule at 'a' is
I3 = I2 +I1 .......1
b) Loop rule for left loop, along clockwise direction
3 - 2 I1 + 6 - 4 I3 = 0   .....2
Loop rule for right loop, along clockwise direction
-6 - 8 I2 - 9 + 4 I3 = 0 ..........3

c) Solving equations 1 , 2 and 3, we get
I1 = 0.86 A
I2 = 0.96 A
I3 = 1.82 A
